Why corporate wellness?

Wellness is now more important than ever and implementing yoga, pilates or sound bath meditation into the workplace is beneficial for employees and employers alike.

Yoga and pilates combats both physical and mental health while aiding personal growth by connecting the mind, body and breath. By doing so, yoga and pilates both help to reduce stress and anxiety which is a commonality among employees in any office settings. Additionally, these practices increases personal wellbeing and lead to satisfied team morale.

Studies have shown that just 45-60 minutes of yoga, pilates or sound healing a week in the workplace allows individuals to regulate stress, clear the mind increasing clarity and creativity, improve teamwork and overall effectiveness and productivity in the workplace increases.

Jackie is for hire for virtual or in-person company-wide or team sessions. Classes are for all ages and levels and can be customized based on group preferences. Classes can either be 30, 45 or 60 minutes and can be paired with a sound bath meditation.
